1. Scope of Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The exchange and return policy applies to all products purchased from the KION website or through authorized sales channels. The product must be in its original condition with its original packaging and all accessories.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

2. Recovery period<\/strong><\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

You can request a return within 14 days of receipt. After this period, returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects covered by the warranty.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

3. Return Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The product must be unused, unassembled, and undamaged. All original accessories, paperwork, and instructions must be returned. Custom orders are non-returnable.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

8. Warranty as an alternative<\/strong><\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

If the return period expires and a manufacturing defect is found in the product, you can take advantage of the official KION warranty. The warranty period varies by model and can reach a lifetime warranty for select models.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
