Policy Exchange and Return
We give you the opportunity to return or exchange your products easily and transparently — because your trust in KION is our priority.

1. Scope of Policy
The exchange and return policy applies to all products purchased from the KION website or through authorized sales channels. The product must be in its original condition with its original packaging and all accessories.
2. Recovery period
You can request a return within 14 days of receipt. After this period, returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects covered by the warranty.
3. Return Policy
The product must be unused, unassembled, and undamaged. All original accessories, paperwork, and instructions must be returned. Custom orders are non-returnable.
4. Replacement process
If you wish to exchange the product for another, you can do so within the same 14-day period. Any price difference will be refunded. Exchanges are subject to availability.
5. Receiving and reviewing the product
After receiving the returned product, our quality control team will review it within 3-5 business days. If you approve the return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
6. Shipping and Delivery
If a product is returned in good condition, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the product has a manufacturing defect, KION will cover the full shipping costs both ways.
7. Cases where refunds are not accepted
Products that have been installed, used, or damaged due to misuse or improper installation cannot be returned. This also applies to custom-made products and open-ended packages.
8. Warranty as an alternative
If the return period expires and a manufacturing defect is found in the product, you can take advantage of the official KION warranty. The warranty period varies by model and can reach a lifetime warranty for select models.
